Service was fairly quick and easy.

If I could not give it any stars at all I would. The staff here is not honest, I went because my phone was having some technical issues, and they made a whole web of problems to begin with. They made me leave the sprint account I was under and create a whole new one and now I'm finding out that they put in the system that my phone was from Tmobile. I do not reccomend this sprint location to anyone. I wish I would've known before stepping in that they lie about what the actual problems are and make you overpay for services you don't need at all.

Aggressive and misleading sales tactics. Their staff pressured me to buy accessories costing almost $200 when I came in for a free Sprint iPhone upgrade. I was able to remove items and talk them down to $87, but when I asked what the minimum accessory purchase was, the rep simply wouldn't answer and insisted that he had already lowered it. Overpriced $30 screen protector is attached in-store and non-refundable. Other accessories are exchange-only.
