If i could give them 0 stars i would. Phone from the same company locked me out and wanted to get a new one. Then they said to put that number on a new phone would cost $150 for activation when its THE SAME COMPANY just a new phone im buying FROM THEM! DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING.
Metro Pcs should CLOSE THIS STORE for all the fraud and scamming they do.

Profesional and friendly staff! I will give them 100% for their customer service.
I came very desperate and agitated to seek help, I had technical issues with my phone, which I work daily with my phone and it's an essential tool for me. I haven't changed my phone for the last couple of years; it seems it was the time for me to change it.
The representative(beth) who took care of me, she was very attentive and kind. She explained me in details what my phone issue was.
However, she offered me many choices of phones that suit my needs. My main concern was the information in my old phone. Despite the technical problem given in my phone, Beth helped me out to transfer my information from my old phone to the new one, It took a little while to transfer but I am really happy with her service. Beth, you are such a doll! :)
And sorry for my bad temper in the beginning.
