        I went to t-mobile earlier today and the guy took very long to help me , when a guy came in after me he helped the guy before he could help me which i think was very unprofessional, i don't want to come here ever again , but i only continue to come because this is my local T-mobile. Only if i could rate them a 0 i would . Also its so unprofessional that they have only 1 person working while their is multiple people that needs to served .

        Dont go to this location. They did fraud to me. I got my first T-Mobile line from here in May-2022 and they charged $135 in total. So instead of payment goes to my first bill I got again first month bill of $85 and when I called T-Mobile I get to know there is AirPod on my account which I didnt signed for and not get. So the guy at this location not give me paper receipt and charged me without my consent for AirPods and deduct $90 as down payment from $135 and rest payment add to my account as 12 instalments. So I am letting you know be aware and dont trap to their fraud. As I reported finally to T-Mobile about this fraud and they doing investigate it.
