        Called twice and they sent me a car without any taxi&limousine affiliation on the vehicle which means if we got into an accident I was wouldn't be covered;furthermore the car was old and beat up and made I alot of noises don't call this cab service they send you regular people driving who don't have a valid tlc license or any vehicle affiliated with the taxi&limousine commission which is illegal the base knew what they sent I seen the app in use on his phone stop sending vehicles not affiliated with the taxi&limousine commission. I called once again and guess what another car with no tlc affiliation I'll never call this base again
