Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable so called "Taxi Service" my 7min wait turned in 45mins in the cold, repeatedly calling and telling them my address and kept telling me another 5mins or the driver was outside and there were no cars around. The dispatcher gave me one of his drivers number and told me to call him, when I called the driver he said the dispatcher gave him the wrong address I had to call the dispatcher back then he hanged up the phone on me. I called the dispatcher and he said they wasnt interested, I ask to speak to a "manager" he wasnt interested of hearing the terrible experience I had and told me to call back another time. The next day I woke up with a bad cold. Dont even bother wasting your time or money on this so called "bussiness"
