        Paul rushed through my taxes and made a plethora of errors. Refused to sit down and review it once my taxes got adjusted, pushing me to call IRS, only to put off reviewing it until I received a notice. Finally received the notice, only to find out he made small simple mistakes that could of been taken care of quickly, beforehand. He attempted my wife's taxes and claimed she owed and she was trying to file with the same information from the year prior. Through the lens of my experience, he is looking for a check and doesn't care about the quality of service. You shouldn't have to babysit someone in order for the job to be done correctly. In the end he did issue a refund.
