My kids have been learning Taekwondo at this place for more than 3 years. All were OK until the covid pandemic hit NYC. We had paid several thousand dollars for 30-month classes in October 2019. Michael An, the person who is responsible for this program, closed the school in March/April 2020 and we couldn't reach him since then. We understood it is not easy to run a business during the pandemic. But he should be a responsible person to answer our phone calls and let us know how we can get our remaining pre-paid tuition back if the school is closing indefinitely. We are very, very disappointed by how he handled this situation. We hope he can read our review notes here and get back to us as soon as possible.
