Park Slope Communication Center has been a wonderful place for my son’s speech needs. First off, I’d like to say that Laura Reisler is amazing at what she does. I noticed improvements in my son’s speech within a months time. Not only is she helping him with his lisp, he loves going to see her. Since day one, my son has been excited to go to his speech lessons with Laura. He notices the improvements and is proud of himself for making them. Laura is truly wonderful. She takes her time after every session to go through what the lesson was about and what we need to work on at home. Once my son made significant improvements, she cut our sessions down to once a week (we were going twice a week). I would recommend this place to anyone who needs speech therapy.

My experience with PSCC has been pleasant throughout. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable, and demonstrates genuine care and interest for their clients. My son has significantly improved his vocabulary and speech since starting here. If you have a young child I suggest asking for Rebecca Mantllack, from the beginning she took the time to explain what we should expect and kept us up-to-date on our son’s progress. The only negative I have is they don’t offer weekend sessions which would be extremely convenient.
