This place is NOT professional at all!! it seems like they only like to serve to their own kind! I had an appointment for 4:30 she started my nails at 4:53 without even saying sorry. At 5:35 she leaves me for "a few minutes" to go attend to another client and do a pedicure. They make up prices in their head, and DONT FOLLOW COVID REGULATIONS AT ALL!!! the place was crowded with people NO ONE IS 6 FEET APART! She didnt notice how frustrated I was until I had to scream 17 minutes later! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER GOES HERE AGAIN EITHER! learn to be professional with your customers!

Nail lab is absolutely amazing! I have been going for years! They are courteous, kind, and always give the best service. They are professional and talented at the artwork they do on the nails. By far, the best place in Brooklyn!!!

Been coming to Nail Lab for a few years. I used to live farther away so it wasn’t always easy/convenient to travel to this spot. However I’ve always had a hard time trying to find a nail spot that does my nails the way I like. Just recently moved to this neighborhood, so I’m so happy that I get to come here all time now! I love the whole staff, just a good group of hard working girls. Shanni always hooks it’s up with the designs. It’s a tiny spot, so yes, you’re gonna wait a while. I always just plan ahead and make it my only plans for the day. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
