I called to see if my husband can make an appointment for a replacement card. First they didnt even answer they just put me on hold and hung up. What type of craziness is this.

I was spoken to very nasty. I was told she spent to much time on the phone and we had only been on the phone 15 minutes which 10 of the minutes was spent in silence. I was truly disappointed in the with the representative’s professional behavior. I didn’t deserve the way I was spoken to and then she hang the phone up.
