Really nice guy but unfortunately my bag looks pretty bad. Stitching is so crooked and bad it probably took 2 minutes and cost $80. Sloppy work. Its unfortunate because he was so nice.

I took in my two favourite pair of sneakers that were absolutely wrecked; he did a lovely job of bringing them back to life, and in general was a very friendly man :)

Amazing quality of repairs, reasonable prices, speed of repair, kindness of the owner. So rare to find these days true craftmanship and someone who will be honest and act in best interest of the repair, not money. Many thanks once again for the service!

I highly recommend Roma for all of your shoe repair needs. Brought a pair of well worn and broken in boots to be re-soled. It only did I get them back ahead of schedule but the craftsmanship is amazing.
