Went there to have a paper notariyand the lady flat- out refused because I had a foreign passport. Disgusting!

I have been going here for over five years and always found the service to be amazing pretty much your in and out the lady at the front does everything so sometimes you have to be patient because she’s working alone but I’ve been in a situation where I wasn’t sure if my package was delivered and she was so helpful and us figuring out if the package was received I highly recommend this place

I spent the whole day filling in the documents to open a bank account. I came in to get those documents notarized. The instructions clearly stated only my ID and proof of address needed certifying. The lady behind the counter asked to witness the signature of opening my account, when it didn’t need it, and then started writing my name instead of her name as the Certifier. I told her she’s the certifier and it should be your name - then she said I’m a notary not a certifier. Even when I handed over the relevant documents which say the certifier can be a notary public, she did not bother to read the instructions and she was not capable of listening to me either. I now have to re-print, re-fill out and find another notary to do this basic task. I tried to take the thinking out of it for her but clearly that in itself is too challenging. Absolute waste of day. I cannot recommend this place to get any important documents signed - so probably can’t guarantee your mail will get there either. I’d be thrilled to spit my diatribe about the shambles this place is to anyone that will listen.
