        Worst experience. Installed cameras one day , the next day the password is locked and it is a $150 service fee to reset the password. Literally the next day. I will use another company to uninstall & reinstall another. Very expensive mistake. Never experienced anything like this in my life. I paid $920 cash and wish i did my research on a better company. Literally got my cameras installed 9/16 and 9/17 is a $150 fee to reset a password! Yes reset a password! The software is cumbersome and not user friendly. Losing this amount of money during a pandemic on this service is truly heart breaking. Learn from my lesson everyone.
