21st Ave Bus Corp. - Total Transportation Corp.

I've never used this bus company but I hope to never have to. In the middle of a turn, a driver sped up to cut me off in traffic, barely hitting my car. We had to slam on brakes to avoid a collision and she never even looked over to see what she almost caused. I called the number on the back of the bus to report it and the person answering the phone seemed barely interested. I am 9 months pregnant and would hate to think my child could be driven by such a reckless driver.

Driver ran a red light with kids on-board, almost hit people in the crosswalk crossing with the light, and then blew the horn at them. Never use this company if you care about your kids. They have a history of bribery and trouble (just search the NYTIMES)

Worse bus company EVER! They’re late picking my son up every single day, dispatch is rude, the matrons have attitudes and they seem like they don’t care. Making a formal complaint and requesting a different bus company thru the OPT. Never use this company

School Bus Matron on M526 Route grabs special needs children by ear when disruptive and sprays them in the face with water and Body Spray. Is currently under investigation. Disgusting abuse of Authority with our most vulnerable citizens.
