How can a restaurant with seating be open while their bathrooms are out of order? Well that is what's wrong with this Wendy's restaurant , on Fulton ave in Brooklyn NY. It is a violation of health codes for a restaurant to haves seats and not have bathrooms. So Wendy's get rid of the seats or fix the bathrooms. If you want to break health code regulations don't give your customers attitude letting them know you don't have a bathrooms at the same time. Now I truly know why Wendy's stock is failing so much.

Customer service is horrible! Most of the workers have nasty attitudes!

The worst location of Wendy's ever is at 425 Fulton st brooklyn ny 11201 , people are nasty with nasty attitude service is terrible and they should've been shut down long ago , place is just as dirty as service you get in there , i almost go there everyday with appositive attitude and when i return from there i feel like wanna kill someone , most of the time i try not to go in there cause i don't want to ruin my day so i send my workers but it's a shame that big company like Wendy's doesn't care about there reputation and customer satisfaction , just an opinion to improve the service or attempt to do something about it management must have an opinion and complaint box by the counter , so people can at least get to tell the company that kind of experience they had and what has to be done to improve the customer service and most of all , workers must have a smile on there faces ones in while

On April 22nd, 2013, around 9pm, when I was eating my sandwich on 2nd floor eating area, two Wendy's employees asked me to leave. I asked why? They said this area was cloesd and I had to go down stairs to finish my food. I told them when I came up there were no sign said that this area was going to be closed and I was just there less then 5 minutes.I told them I would like to finish my meal there. They just turned off lights and let me eat in the dark!!!
