Highly unprofessional. I made an order to pick up and the nice host told me to go to the bar. So I asked the bartender and she was very rude. I understand that she’s busy making drinks but you don’t have to rude about it, I asked a simple question: how long will my order take? Considering that the app told me 1:38pm and I arrived there around that time. I understand that they’re busy but I asked a simple question “do you know how much longer?” Her colleagues didn’t have to be rude as well and say “can’t you see she’s busy she is making drinks...” this is not how you talk to people let alone a customer. I will not be coming back here. Do not recommend.

An awesome birthday experience I'll never forget. My aunt and her husband took me to Applebees in October 2019, it was a last minute decision because where we initially wanted to go was closed. Our waiter for the night was so amazing, I'm sorry I can not recall his name but he was great. My whole experience there was really pleasant, that was my first time and will definitely not be my last.

Don't like the service the waiter seems to be afraid to serve certain kind. However I experience the unpleasant service before attitudes and not responding to needs of customers. I only went because my husband want to eat the loaded fajita. My food was too salty. As for the service sucks. Then tip is added on the bill for unpleasant service. What do customers do?
