I purchase a fridge from them with 4month warranty. Two weeks later, it is not cooling. I call them, they told me to wait at home from 11:00am-4:00pm. At 3:00pm I call them again to see if they're coming the girl say it's not even 4:00 yet. I wait til 4:00 to call them again and she said they're not gonna make it today. She said they will come the next morning at 10:00am but still never show up l called the store again this time that don't pick up the phone. So they like to play games with customers and the girl at the front desk are so rude unlike when I when to buy the refrigerator two different personalities don't buy there anymore.

Tokyo appliances fixed my refrigerator by installing condenser fan motor then after 55 days it stopped working ,I called Tokyo appliances they refused to fix it unless I pay again because the warranty is good for 30 days . so I found out that they installed very old motor in my refrigerator which I was never told that they use used parts ,it worth a penny and they charged $125.00 for it plus tips . It is a bad business and unhonest way to make living.

thank you to tokyo appliance for the best service and everything can be fixed if you call the owner and hes very flexible and understanding and can make the job better. sorry for the inconvenience.
