It was my birthday when I went and I had an amazing experience even though I had no clue how to operate a jet ski in the beginning. Zac was very nice to us and he showed us what to do clearly and the day was just great. 100% recommend.

If I could leave a 0 / 5 rating , I would. Came here Sunday for an 'hour' jet ski rental. By 'hour' , they really mean 30 minutes. I clocked it on my apple watch, from the moment I got on the ski , to the moment we got back. Nice little scheme going, but not surprising. Icing on the cake? They lost my NYS ID. Not only did they lose / misplace / or possibly give it to some random stranger, but they tried placing blame on me & said I never gave it to them? . . hah Comical, since you're not allowed on the jetski without handing over your ID .. but sure , 'I never gave it to you.' I went through previous reviews & it looks like this is NOT the first time they have lost someones ID. I spent three hours of my night waiting for them to 'find' my ID & now I have to take time out of my week to go file a police report. Then to the DMV for a replacement. Oh & lets not mention worrying about who has actual possession of my NYS ID, since you know, they couldnt 'find' it. To say the least , I'll never come back here. Nor do I suggest you go either. Theres a place in Rockaway you can go .. & plenty of other jetski rental spots. I've never seen anything as unorganized & disappointing as Empire. Wish you guys all the best. Thanks for losing my id.
