HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We worked with Andrew on and off for over a year, seeing lots of different places in a couple of different neighborhoods. He was always very available, responsive and on time, knowledgable and honest. We finally managed to find a coop in Chelsea we could afford, and Andrew made us feel comfortable about it the whole time. He was always a calming presence, helpful and thoughtful in his many conversations with us-- but when speaking with other parties it was clear this man knew how to get the best possible outcomes for his clients. He just had a way of being direct, and cutting out all the superfluous noise. Very effective. Also just a great guy. Many months later we're still very, very happy with our home. Thanks Andrew.

In the spring of 2022 my fiancee and I used Andrew Gordon as our real estate agent during our first home buying process. Andrew was a pleasure to work with from our initial search all the way through closing. He is refreshingly frank and straightforward, which I find invaluable in an advisor. His knowledge and experience gave us a realistic vision of what to expect in the Brooklyn real estate market. Per his advice we specified our search and shortly thereafter found a great home with a backyard in a neighborhood we love. During inspections he was very thorough without offending sellers, and readily available throughout the closing process. If you are looking for an agent that will schmooze you and only speak in positivities, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a pragmatic and honest agent that will actually help you find a place that fits your needs, I highly recommend going with Andrew Gordon.
