Worst management ever. they raised rent and or maintenance during the height of the pandemic and if you had any questions regarding where your money went, you did not receive answers instead you were locked out of the garage and harassed by the superintendent. Kevin encouraged illegal activity. When the police were called they told the super he could be arrested & that is when he backed down. They lack basic compassion and their life is all about money. If you have an issue get in line and wait. Wait some more and wait again. Because your issues are irrelevant to them. if you can avoid these sneaky crooks do it. what a chillul hashem.

The tenant in 2A is extremely loud especially after 10 pm. Several nights, she is dropping items, knocking things about, etc. without concern for neighbors on the second floor. When you enter the building, everyone can hear the 2A tensbt's entire conversations. The Friday before Memorial day, she had a get together from 11:30 pm throughput 4:30 am which disturbed paying tenants!!!
