Scam alert! They take a deposit on a non exclusive apartment when I contacted the landlord through another agency I learned my application was never submitted. The broker was stoned during the viewing. I should of walked out then but I dont like to prejudge people on something so petty but clearly I should. Now I'm fighting to get my deposit back. I'm contacting BBB as well as NY state. Local police if I have to 🤷‍♂️ f#^$ing scammers. The operate under multiple names, it took me 30 minutes to find this page.. I found it because the operate out of the same address with the same agents as ANGELUCCI GROUP (the entity that scammed me) I have picture proof of my bank account and how they charged me for NOTHING.

I have to honestly say that I had a great experience with Rapid Realty (671 4th ave). I had seen this apartment that I had like so I met up with the broker (it didn't work out). I ended up meeting his boss (Trevorn Frederick) because the previous broker had to go on a leave of absence. I explained to her what was I looking for and she really worked hard and found the cutest and best looking apartment I had seen. It took a little less than 2 weeks to find an apartment. I am ever so thankful to Trevorn (she was heaven sent). It was okay that I had to pay a brokers fee because she really worked for her money. I wasn't bamboozled out of my money. everything was legit. She was accessible, pleasant and so sweet. I am ever so grateful to her because without her I might not have ever found an apartment like what I have.
