Roaches, roaches, roaches. Yes, the big ones that fly and the small ones too! Great doorman and location but other than that not worth the fuss. It does not matter how clean you are or how many traps you put down, the building is old, cracks in the ceilings, plaster falling down in the bathroom. Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.

The management company for this building is terrible and will lie directly to your face about any and everything that will require money to come out of its pockets. The building itself is disgusting, has scaffolding that is, seemingly, permanently affixed to its exterior and is not worth the high rent unless you like seeing exposed wiring and partially completed renovations - the renovations were never completed during my time there. The heat provided in the winter months is below legal standards and you will need to invest in portable heaters in order to survive. You may be forced to unnecessarily sue the management company in order to recover your security deposit from the cheapskates that run the place.

Building put up 1986 as assisted living. Building falling apart. Super doesn't do nessecary repairs. Great location but building is in terrible shape. Newly renovated apts are done badly It's all about the appearance. Elevators old and not working correctly C19 protocol not observed ( very little cleaningk
