I’m sitting here in my new living room right now as I write this review and I can’t help how grateful I feel! Scout really made what’s been an utter nightmare with Nooklyn, a simple reality. Working with Chris was mad comfortable, It was like renting a home from a friend lol. Communication was super on point, approval was quick and I was moved in the same week. I highly appreciate the team at Scout and what they can make possible. Brokers and Agents can get a bad rep for being misleading and negligent, especially after past experiences. I seriously dig the intimate level of customer service these guys can offer, which is rare these days. If you ever stumble into their office make sure you ask for Chris or Shalom, you’ll be in great hands.

I don't usually write reviews, but I did have a bad experience. The whole conduct rubbed the wrong way and I have used other brokers before. I hope other people will have better experiences. .

I just want to reach out to everyone at Scout to let you know you guys are awesome! I have truly never been walked through the rental process with such efficacy, Chris was especially cool to work with because the guy is just so darn chill and really kept us comfortable in an extremely tense situation which is a very important quality to posses in Brooklyn's rental market, where anything or everything can really happen. We had 4 days to not be on the corner of Wyckoff with of our stuff on the curb along with ourselves and a couple of sleeping bags, Chris worked diligently to make sure that didn't happen. We literally had an approval SAME DAY and moved our S*it in the SAME DAY. So Clutch! Thanks Scout, Chris, Joel Singer and Jesse!

Love my new apartment. Thank you to Eric who guided us through the whole process and made the whole experience very smooth. I would recommend Scout to anyone looking for a place in the neighbourhood
