My wife and I were buying our first home and Nathalie represented the seller, who is 87 years old. We felt that she was motivated, and was very open and honest along the way, therefore we urge the need to write her a review despite her being in the best interest of the seller. The seller is not tech-savvy to leave a review therefore this message is our perspective of Nathalie working as the seller’s agent. At listing: Nathalie listed the asking price spot-on to attract a big pool of interested buyers, who then served to fuel the massive bidding war that resulted in offers way above asking price. This demonstrates Nathalie’s knowledge of the local market and knows how to sell. You do not want your home to list way above market price because your home will sit for a very long time, and worse yet, the buyers are less motivated to submit strong offers. I honestly hope this was the case for us instead :(. At showing: Nathalie was always dressed professionally. There were a lot of buyers waiting to see the home, but Nathalie efficiently spaced each showing apart so each buyer received undivided attention when Nathalie presented the home. The home itself needed updating, so Nathalie shared her visions of how the home could be transformed. It isn’t always easy for inexperienced buyer to envision un-staged homes. We fell more in love with the home after Nathalie’s presentation, which pushed us into giving a stronger offer than we anticipated. Followup to closing: Nathalie kept us informed at every step of the process. It was very easy to communicate with Nathalie as she responds very quickly and is always available for her clients. Nathalie took into consideration of the seller’s old age when working out the details of the transaction, such as negotiating for her move-out date, helping to look for a rental that best suited her, and fighting for her best accommodations. We highly recommend Nathalie to sell your home as she will get you the highest offer.

So grateful to meet and worked with Nathalie when my husband and I decided to purchase our home. She’s so enthusiastic, very professional and even treated her clients like her family. She keeps in touch with her clients on a consistent schedule. She’ll give her personal suggestions, opinions and keeping us abreast on things that we need to work on, look forward to, in the process of owning a home. Natalie sold my parents house and my in-laws house in Brooklyn. Natalie is the person to call if you want to sell your home fast and she will get the best price she can for you. She will also find you a new home. She works very hard and she’s very patient. I highly recommend her, she is the best!
