USED to be a good office. 1. Now they don’t have any assigned receptionists anymore. Instead random people (social workers, office maintenance, cleaning people- who knows) rotate, not by shift, but randomly. Those people do not give each other the important information of the day (who called, who is waiting for a refill etc). Literally not even the most basic professional office procedures can be expected. You talk to one person, you get disconnected, call back, and there’s someone completely else (1 minute later!!!) who doesn’t even know anything about your problem. 2. My nice and competent doctor Nathan Abramov quit the office and they did not inform me until I called because I was in need of a refill. They then gave me an appointment for NEXT MONTH. I was promised an emergency refill in the meantime, but nobody kept track of that or fulfilled that promise. When I explained to them how important my mental health medication is and that I am almost out of it because I wasn’t aware the procedures changed with my doctor leaving, they told me they „can’t possible inform all patients if their doctor leaves.“ so basically they say you can NOT expect a simple email or text notification to update and inform you about something as significant as having to find a new doctor. Nor do they assign one automatically. !!! So the most basic standard New York City medical office services such as automated messages can’t be expected from this office !!! Shocking. Especially for an office that works with mental health patients. They will let suicidal patients go off their meds and not show any compassion.

If your looking for a great therapist I recommend Emily Singer she is very passionate, compassionate and listens to you, she helps you find ways to work out issues you may have, she truly cares about her patients and I appreciate her time. Jasmine is always very helpful and very nice, I explained my issue and she helped me fix it, she also said she would call me to make sure I spoke to my doctor and she follows through.

The environment of the address 55 Green Avenue is super clean and the waiting time is not long at all. Jasmine (the receptionist) is heaven sent, and the most professional and kindhearted and is the best at multitasking. She is very busy and never lets it take away from her kindness. The best receptionist and most professional i have ever dealt with.
