Garbage in hallways,useless Super.Mice,elevator breaking down,Front of building looks like crap.Broken windows,low water pressure, sewage coming out of drains in basement.An ABSOLUTE slum lord.Multable calls to health dept.

Landau Management and it's staff continue to violate building codes. They constantly allow contractors to work after hours and on weekends. The Super is not properly managing the building, he ignores tenants to leave items outside theor apartments. I have lived here 10 years and am a Section 8 tenant of good standing.

Cockroaches infestation - in the basement, on every floor, in every apartment. It’s disgusting. I’ve experienced several ceiling leaks in my apartment. I lost a closet full of clothes and shoes from one of the leaks. Landau ignored my request for compensation. Landau staff are rude, impatient and dismissive. I am moving out once my lease ends.

FINALY my contract expired with this company. Lived in building in Brooklyn for a year. When ever I needed the management (roof leaking, front door lock broken, windows lock broken, stove oven broken, elevators always going out of service, mail box area extremely dirty, stolen mail, roach infestation, among other things,) it was almost impossible to get someone to take a look at it. Super of the building would come and say “this is nothing! Ok I will do it!” And nothing would be done. When trying to contact the office, I was put on hold for long periods of time with no answer in sight. Thankfully I am out of there now and do not recommend their building to anyone. Especially if you have kids don’t rent here.
