Sharp Management Corporation

I currently live in one of their properties and it has been such a pain during the last year. Ive had multiple leaks and terrible handyman jobs done by the super to fix said problems. Ive had paint spilled on my linens in addition to butchered paint jobs. Contacting the management company is in no way easy. In order to handle a pest problem, I had to get 311 involved.

By the looks of these reviews this management company does service ANY of their buildings . Including the one i live in .. the roaches are literally morphing from brown to white , you have to do you own pest control, and handywork just to get a few weeks of peace only to be exterminating more mice and lets not talk about the old heating system that only works when its warm/hot outside .. the windows arent properly sized which only adds to the heating issues in the cold . I could literally i can go on for days .. please do not move into any of these buildings.. your better off staying at a shelter first.. renters be cautioned !

This is an actual big issue where homeless living on stairs and using drugs and this management don't do nothing about security their tenants kids are passing on stairs at 8 am and those ppl who don't live here using smoke drugs and those kid smell this and no one say about this also because I have a hud program. I should nit need to paid. For workers to come to my home but. I need to paid. For fix my home. Bathroom need attention kitchen need attention. Floor. Need attention doors. Need attention. Strangers. Need to. Go away. Need attention. But when I ask the lady on desk please do something they mention to me you can make a letter and we give you the 400 deposit for me to leave the apt funy way to fix their tenants rights I wish to talk to HUD IS FEDERAL HOUSING. FIXING HOMES WILL NOT BE COVERED BY TENAT SO FUNY LIFE? Also I have case in court for long two years when I send all payments till today no fix the issue on court how many years I need to wait to fix the payment of 600 ? I requested to please move me to a first floor because I have serious condition and no yet have a simple solution to all my ways when I walk up stairs they are in the middle the stairs are so tiny ny never pinch when I go upstairs my legs get tired In years the apt was never painted the floor have any cracks to the person who answer me this review please give me your name and phone number cz i will no put mine public . where i can find your info to cz icall office and no one know where to dress my calls

I was optimistic when I moved into one of the Manhattan properties a few months ago because the signing process was so professional, friendly, and organized. However, I've been disappointed by the lack of communication after reaching out (via phone, voicemail, and email) at various times since September about repair requests and pest control. While I've been told that the building manager will follow up, no one contacts me. I've also heard from others in the building that issues with noise violations and package theft have been reported with no action or response. Really discouraging.
