If you're getting a new apartment in Brooklyn, avoid this management company at all costs. Rude. Inconsiderate policies. Absolute nightmare.

Recently moved into my new apartment and so far it's been a smooth ride. All the appliances are brand new, it is very clean and the price was right.

If there was as 0 star option I would use it. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a management company. They held money illegally at the end of our lease (for which I am taking them to small claims), their service is abysmal (here's looking at you, Yvette!), and they would enter the apartment without permission. They even left a hole in the wall of the bathroom leading to the basement in the middle of winter and told me it would take 2 weeks to finish! Furthermore, there is no ability to escalate ANYTHING, despite the service being so terrible, as the manager's number 'isn't given out'. So good luck resolving anything outside court!
