        I was looking for a local copy shop, but with SO MANY neg reviews here, I will never stop by. I was totally scared away ... Added later: The owner response (below) is understandable, but unprofessional. Reviews are an effective way to gauge a business or service. This owner pushes back at my comment with indignation and annoyance. They should have offered a sincere explanation. In this alone, I see a glaring lack of customer service and relations.
