This branch is the pitts, has been this way for as long as I have been living in the neighborhood.....42 years. NOTHING has changed.....still slow & forever crowded.

Can’t believe someone actually hired these people as workers. They are so unprofessional and rude. I really wanted to give them a quarter star because they don’t deserve a whole star.

If I could rate Rugby post of with a ZERO, I definitely would. One star is way too much for this facility. I’ve had so many bad experiences with this post office I’m wondering why it’s still open. My mails are left in other peoples mailboxes, they leave packages on my porch as if they’re working with the porch pirates in the neighborhood even though I have a big sign stating to leave them at the garage (SECURE). The manager has the worst attitude, so therefore we should not expect courtesy or professionalism from the staff. RUGBY IS THE WORST POSTOFFICE IN THE COUNTRY!!!

Rugby Post Office is thee worst when it comes to professionalism! If there was any way to write up the USPS I would have this whole place on notice! Here first thing in the AM and not one worker on line-what's the point of opening the doors?!
