Full service clerks helpful but why are they no longer open Saturdays

Horrible experience at this place twice already! First time I went a few months ago they said they don't accept prepaid packages. But when my husband wend a month ago, they had no issues accepting his prepaid package (both were for USPS by the way). So today I went to drop off my package since they took my husband's. I waited on line and when it was my turn, I went up to the window (all the way to the left with a middle aged Asian woman). She rudely told me to go back in line which I did. And as soon as I did she called on the next person in line which was me, but she said no to me at took the guy behind me instead! She gave no reason, no explanation, nothing. So I left and will never use this location again. People in the 56th street and 7th avenue location are much nicer. It's further from me but I prefer that over ever having to deal with this place!
