    About a decade ago, I was a patient here and I always admired the way they do business. Very friendly and personal. Fast forward and I am glad to see there has been no change to their services as I was looking for a podiatrist for my father. They can be very accommodating and understanding and do what they can to make it a great experience.

    Dr. Jill Einhorn is terrific. Her staff are always very friendly and professional and the office is immaculate. Dr. Jill is super professional, friendly and simply a wonderful, committed and competent doctor. We are so happy to have found her and so are our feet! Highly recommend.

    Was asked to come in early and I complied. Despite being early I still waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Not only that, but I explicitly asked upon booking the appointment if my insurance was covered and they confirmed the visit will not cost me anything. After seeing the doctor, they charged me $167 because we have new girls so I dont know what they told you. This is very unprofessional. If staff is under trained, someone should have helped her check for accuracy before providing a firm answer to me. The doctor also rapid fired a ton of information at me at once so it was hard to process all of it on the spot. I would not be surprised if it was intentional to get patients back for a second visit. I would not recommend if there are better options Edit: Thank you for the response and addressing my points! Please see my responses below. 1. I did not expect to go free, which was why I asked repeatedly if the visit would not cost me anything. If it did, how much would that be? It was confirmed that it was $0. If she was new and wasnt sure, it would be professional for her to let me know that so I can request better assistance. 2. Yes. I wrote down everything during the appointment but it was really rushed and to process all that information on the spot then come up with all the necessary questions is difficult. I was also under the impression that coming back would be an option so I was going to go home, process the information, and come back if needed. Only AFTER I was told that Ill be charged $165* per visit did I hastily think of 2 on the spot (because I cant afford to come back with questions that I will/do have). 3. This is the third time a medical office has miscommunicated payment information/amount/etc to me. Its difficult to give people the benefit of the doubt with all things considered. Perhaps its not intentional, but this experience has not been pleasant for me. Wishing you the best though, you seem like a nice guy. Today was just unfortunate ):

    I came in today for my appointment. Very dissappointed to say the least. I came in for ongoing issue with my left ankle due to spraining my ankle couple years go. Doctor einhorn tells me that its due to my flat feet . . . seriously!!?. . . Pathetic. I was expecting him to listen to my concerns as a patient instead of blaming it on the fact that I am flat footed. What does that even have to do with it?. Of course, I strongly doubt it and strongly suspect that he is/was misleading me . . .even though he means well. He was seemingly dissimissive over my issue and wanted to brace both feet of mine over ankle issue. Insulted my intelligence. I understand that I am only a patient and dr einhorn has experitise in piodatry. But clearly, he gave me load of bullcrap or it sounded as such. I know people whom are flat footed and are doing well with being flat footed . . .they have never seen a piodatrist or even had to. So, you cant take me for a fool. I should add that I seen einhorn years ago for an issue with my right foot. I had bad pain there and stiffness. Eventually it resolved during the pandemic despite the fact that piodatery treatment failed on its own. The staff was friendly. But I will not be returning to dr einhorn for

We are sorry to hear about your experience. New patients are asked to come 15 minutes before their appointment to fill out paperwork. Unfortunately, we were running late, so that is why you were brought in 20 minutes late from your scheduled appointment. Yes, we do have new staff and yes, I do participate with your insurance. What was miscommunicated to you was that you have a deductible plan which means you are responsible for all charges until you meet that deductible, which you did not, therefore you were charged $165.70 the participating fee schedule. So, there is no why that you could think that a visit to a doctor’s office would not cost you anything since you have a very high deductible that you did not meet. The next part I find very misleading since you were typing everything I said into your phone. I asked you if you got everything as well as spelling out the prescription name which you typed in. We discussed why you could not go on pills. We discussed the two medications that you would need to treat both your problems. When we were done, I asked you if you had any questions or wanted to go over anything, you said no. When you were out at the front desk you thought of a question you wanted to ask me, my staff came to get me, and I came right up front to answer it for you. As far as your accusation that I am trying to get you back for a second visit, I sent over enough medication to last you six months, so that comment is a little unfair.
