We had gas shut off by National Grid. Paul and Chris showed up. They figured out the technical aspects very quickly, gave us a quote. The problem was fixed quickly. We passed both National grid and DOB inspections without any problems. Throughout the process, both Paul and Chris were true professionals. Very responsible, considerate and honest.
