The staff at Cynergy Physical Therapy - Cobble Hill are outstanding. They are all friendly and professional. They care about patient's care. Specifically, I have worked with Sean who is always prepared and really cares about my therapy and progress.

Sophie D' Souza has my highest recommendation! Since starting physical therapy with Sophie, I have found her to be very kind, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable! Sophie is extremely detail oriented and manages to answer my each and every question or concern each time. I have found my physical therapy appointments to be something I actually look forward to with Sophie and wish I could keep seeing her forever!

Cynergy in Cobble Hill is the best physical therapy office that Ive been to, and Ive been to several. I was prescribed P/T to help in my recovery from a broken ankle. After many experiences with P/T in the past, I was reluctant to go again, assuming that it wasnt worth the cost and the effort and that I would be able to do my own exercises at home. I noticed that a new office opened very close to my home and I walked in to see how it was. Cynergy absolutely changed my opinion about physical therapy! I have been seeing Sophie from when she began. She has been wonderful. Never before have I had a therapist stay with me for the entire session. She really got to know me and diagnosed my needs beyond just my broken ankle. She reevaluates my progress regularly and addresses my weaknesses and imbalances that were the underlying causes of my injuries. She also provides on-line care that helps me continue my exercises at home while using the proper form. The whole staff is professional, friendly and kind. I absolutely enjoy coming to therapy and have seen a major improvement of in my physical well being. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After my back surgery I was referred to Chivonne at Cynergy by a friend in the industry. My surgery was in September 2023 and I am almost back to 100% in large part to the care and guidance Chivonne has given me. Overall, my time rehabbing has been a very pleasant journey thanks to Chivonne and the entire staff at Cynergy Cobble Hill. Check them out and I promise you won't be disappointed!!
