Bennett's Pharmacy

Last week My dermatologist sent my prescription to this pharmacy as I instructed because it was close to my house.I got there received 2/3 of my prescription and didn't realize until I was home due to me rushing for work.Today I went back to collect the remaining meds which my dermo said she sent all together so wasn't sure why I received only 2/3 it was pouring rain, thunder and lightening two persons were present however I was not rendered service until 25 minutes later.When I arrived one person was on the phone the other in the back putting meds together assuming for pick up and kept telling me 1 more minute.i sat in my car outside came back in and waited again, when he finally acknowledged I was there I expressed my frustration and told him how long I was waiting and he told me I wasn't truthful I then verified my time there based on the duration of a call from my mom while I was already 5 minutes into waiting.It was very unprofessional and I did not like my experience there I was tired from work and wanted to go home.

Worst pharmacy I've dealt with. They tell you to come in and pick up your meds when they don't even have it in stock. Wasted multiple trips going here because of this. Always make sure to ask them to check if they have your meds before telling you to come. And then they treat you like you're crazy when you tell them that they are the ones that said to come get the meds. Something wrong with these people. They also rarely open on time for whatever reason. Might as well just make the opening time 11.

There should be no reason why I'm sitting in the car for over an hour waiting for these guys to open. Super unreliable. Undependable. Just sad. They need more workers so that when 1 of 2 people that work there gets a tummy ache, people aren't missing out on their medications.
