Overpricing on certain product. Got this Similac Pro-Advance baby formula at the price of 59$ -- for this part it was my bad since I did not know much about baby formula. After getting home, family members pointed out that such milk powder normally costs around 30$. I went back to the shop and asked the cashier whether they double charged me by accident, and it turns out they set the price at 59$ -- almost twice the average price. Not sure baby formula product is subject to price gouging law. I am not working in the fields of law so just have no time, energy, and knowledge to deal with this joke.

I bought coconut water on the way to go to Manhattan. After I open the lid, I noticed that it was expired product. So I didn’t drink it but they should not sell old products for the fancy price.

Completely unreliable store & pharmacy. There have been countless times when the store doesn’t open or close remotely close to on time. This morning, I (along with 6 other people) waited 15+ minutes for the store to open so that I can get some OTC medicine for my partner. I saw the lights come on and tried to knock on the door — no response. All of us gave up.
Not only that, but the pharmacy has gotten my partner’s prescription wrong or late repeatedly. I suppose we’ll go elsewhere even though we live on the block.

I got a racially profiled after being in the store for 30 seconds. I would rate it a 0 if I could. Smells weird
