        I know it is not necessarily the fault of the owner, but being new to New York, we bought some metro passes here and asked repeatedly if they would get us around uptown New York and we were told they would. After spending nearly$100 for passes that we ultimately ussless in getting us where we needed to go, we returned to try to get our money back since the passes were unused and useless to us. We were dismayed to discover that we could not get our money back and were stuck with passes that could do nothing for us. If you do go here, I recommend that you already be familiarized with the system or speak French.
