We’ve taken our dog Jaxxon to serval different groomers over the past couple of years, and fortunately, we’ve finally found a place that me and my wife (and dog) love. Thank you, Eco Dog.

This was the second time I took my Yorkie to be groomed there and the last. Groomer was 45 minutes late, made no apologies and did nothing of what I asked him to do with my dog.
He shaved him all over and was done in 45 minutes when a careful grooming usually takes 2-3 hours. To make matters a lot worse, my 5 pound dog came out shivering... he was traumatized. He was shaking and stopped eating for days and would not leave my side whimpering in fear that I would leave him. It cost me an additional $250 in vet costs to have to doctor conclude that my dog has suffered trauma.
I don’t know how these businesses screen these groomers... I gave them a 1 rating cause there isn’t a zero option.
