Take caution! This place doesn't offer refunds apparently under No circumstances. But I thought COVID would've been accepted but it is not. I booked with this company before COVID took over and obviously I had to cancel due to the one reason. I was totally under so much stress with everything that was going and to top it all off this company showed absolutely no empathy towards me. They told me that it wasn't their fault and they had no idea COVID was going to happen. Very unprofessional. That's not my fault either. But fortunately it looks like they are going out of business anyway so no one would be booking with them any time soon. that's what happens when you don't put your best interest into your customers!

I had a backyard baby shower for my son and the beautiful mother to be. Lexington rentals was not only accommodating, but delivered and picked up without a hiccup! I would DEFINATELY use them again. Ms. GIBSON IS A DELIGHT and VERY PROFESSIONAL!
THANKS again LEXINGTON EVENT RENTALS! The thrones and accessories were reasonably priced and beautiful!

I called this company the other day as a wholesaler ....I wanted to get information and pricing on the throne chairs and backdrops.I asked her about wholesale vs retail pricing where she continued to tell me she gives everyone the same pricing- I was taken back by that being  in the event productions business. I told her I was looking for a company to do future business with the rental of throne chairs. I continued to ask her about pricing when she said she doesn't want my business- I was so taken back by her rudeness. I guess she is such a successful business woman she doesn't need more business- wow I said to her. I doubt it.Personally I would never do business with someone like that. In fact I found another company where the woman was a sweetheart and couldn't wait to do business with me. If you would like to know the other company- just email me.

I rented a baby table, backdrop, and throne chair from this place and I dropped $525 for a one night rental. First off Im expecting a baby obviously and I couldve used this money for more beneficial stuff but I rented these pieces because on their website and instagram they displayed it so nicely. The day we recieved our rentals first of all the Baby table letters are made of foam. They were dirty and had holes in them. Not what was shown on their advertising. The table is not glass but two small pieces of plastic and the guys that dropped it off and put it together did a horrible job displaying it. The letters were not even and the plastic glass was not even we had to readjust after they left. The backdrop was too low and my boyfriend had to stretch out the poles for the curtains. They did not have the gold chair I wanted for my Royal Baby shower so we settled for the Silver and we didnt not expect to receive such cheap rentals that we couldve bought and done our selves pretty much. I was very dissatisfied and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that wants to rent what they are paying for. It is alot of money and the men that dropped and picked up the rentals were not nice at all. Also the owner did not even call us or anything to check up or follow up with us but she did call us repeatedly before the event for her money. This was very upsetting for a special day for me and my family.
