Went there for many years. The past 2 years they had many excuses why he warranty was no good.also, I found them to be extremely rude and after going there with my daughter and grandson for over 10 years I will no longer be going back for there attitude. Besides they rarely have any boys glasses for my grandson. Bye bye.

Been there twice to get an eye exam and twice I enjoyed my experience. I recommend this place!

Glasses broke soon after purchase. When I came in, was told they were under warranty. Frames finally came in weeks later but since I didn't have the broken piece, they said it was no longer covered. I was not given a copy of the warranty or told this beforehand. I refused to pay and will be bringing my business and that of three of my kids elsewhere. I was previously dissatisfied because I always felt nickle and dimed there so this is the final straw.
Go elsewhere and be happy
