    I'm writing this review for my mother who recently visited Dr. Alan Jordan. She's not sure whether or not the prescription he gave will help her yet and who knows maybe it will, however, the bedside manner/ customer service she received from the doctor as well as the woman technician left her feeling uncertain about what her diagnosis was. Both Dr. Jordan and the woman technician that works with him had poor communication skills and came across as very abrupt, bordering on rude. My mother is one of the nicest people I know so this made me upset to the point where I felt the need to write this review. When she would try to ask a question they would cut her off and say "No, no, just listen to what I'm saying." Perhaps it was because it was the end of the day and the staff were just tired but basic human courtesy should not be too much to ask.

    Stay away from this office at all costs. The staff is not trained, told us we have no insurance; they were trying to bill a 4 year old policy when we had given them an updated one and had been there three times in the past 6 months. The operation is completely about money; over booking so that you have to wait a minimum of three hours after your appointment time to see the doctor. They lost our chart, claimed it was NYU"s fault, then the IT team, then we found out that they were not looking for the right name. "Kada" is supposed to be the office manager but won't face you or answer the phone. And to top it all off, the staff is plain RUDE. Avoid this office at all costs. It may even cost you your eyes!
