Drs. Raymond and Isaac Reich, MD

These drs. Are unreal. I have never trusted a dr as much as I do these drs. I dont care how long I have to wait , my eyes are worth it. My son had a bad accident with a nerf bullet to the eye and was seen IMMEDIATELY! The techs are amazing as well. The office is clean, the staff courteous. If they didnt take my insurance , I would pay out of pocket. The dr. Even called to follow up and make sure my son was ok and had seen the specialist he recommended, No dr. Does that anymore. Best eye doctors ever!!!!!

Mrs. Reich the wife of dr Reich and mother of the younger Dr Reich is the most arrogant, rude, nasty, person. Its time for her to take a course on interacting with patients in a calm well behaved manner . For this reason I have left with 6 family members. There are plenty of doctors where we will be treated in a respectful professional manner. This business is all about making money off their patients not true caring doctors.

I made an appointment for myself and my mother for Dec 12th. I asked the woman that made the initial appointment if they accept her insurance, she said yes. After I offered to fax her the copy of my mom's insurance so they would have it on file she called me back and explained that she didn't take the insurance. I asked her why did she tell me she did when I called, she said they don't take her HMO. No problem. After I explained that next time she should ask if it's an HMO insurance before booking an appointment she got extremely passive aggressive and was talking over me then eventually hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another woman and asked for her name, of course she said she didn't know her name. Come to then find our the woman looked up my appointment and saw that the first woman cancelled my appointment. I asked why she did that, she had no idea, I told her I wanted to speak to the supervisor or doctor. She said she will leave a message. I'm sure I won't hear from anyone. I will never go here again, neither will my husband and 2 other people I recommended. Awful experience.
