I usually despise going into copy and print centers or Fedex stores but the woman working at this Office Max went above and beyond to help me out. Her name is Cass and she was not only incredibly kind but very patient and helpful. Her employers and co-workers should be grateful to have such an awesome person on their team!

I wish the corporate offices would give the staff better equipment to work with in the printing center. You have amazing staff who are helpful but give them old and tired printers and computers to work with. How are you a printing center with one color laser printer?
To the staff, i'm sorry that your corporate offices don't give you what you need to do your job. I still love you all in the back and keep coming because you always take care of me even though your corporate offices make your job tougher through their neglect.
