        I am a new patient and have an appointment today. I was just calling to verify the time because I didn't write it down. I also never received a call or text like some doctors do. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes now. I even called with another phone and currently on hold for 7 minutes also. This is unacceptable! I decided to switched my MD because this is 5 minutes away from my job. But I will look for another one. I can only Imagine how unprofessional they are if they can't even answer the phone.
