        Ive been a very picky eater all my life and can count on two hands the number of foods I eat (And not one of them are a fruit or vegetable). I reluctantly went to Berta Nutrition after I gave birth to my daughter and wanted help losing some of the weight I had gained. I was expecting to be judged and deemed hopeless, but what I got was unwavering support and positivity. We found a way to make small changes in my hectic everyday life to help me eat healthier and its actually working! (When I need a snack I find myself munching on pea crisps... and Im actually starting to like it!) I still only eat a handful of things, but I find that list growing slowly which is a really big deal. Thank you so much Berta Nutrition!
