I'd avoid completely. My nails are still in pain one week after drilling/powder removal from that terrible tech. I have bruising on every single nail and it hurts to just do basic daily things. I also have drilling dents on the majority of the natural nails as well. I really should have said something that day but thought the pain would go away. Nope one week later still in pain and nails will take forever to heal. Speak up if you feel pain during!Talking to the manager after was useless. She avoided all blamed and  gaslit me about how it's bc I didn't take gel break in between (I took a break prior to the powder, which they removed). Bruising on the nails are due to trauma/force/impact ie from incorrect drilling. She even tried to tell me the obvious indentations from the drill aren't from drilling (what??). Also one of my fingers is red and swollen at nail bed post manicure. After  that, she tried to give me a $15 certificate. Lol!!! Wow! Keep it no thank you and good bye forever. It's unfortunate bc they do have some good techs there but overall this experience is a giant no for me.

Tutti used to be my favorite salon in the city- best manicures that lasted forever with amazing attention to detail. The last year though it has gone so far downhill. I keep going back hoping it was a fluke but it seems to be the new standard. My gel manicures have maybe a week and the technicians rush the whole time taking maybe 25 minutes. This last weekend I got my nails and eyebrows done in less than 30 min. I had to go home and correct my eyebrows since they missed a huge majority, and my polish is already cracking. Really disappointing, but after this last experience Ill sadly have to look for a new salon because I can pay their prices for shotty work. Id recommend you look elsewhere, too.

Had a nice time at this salon all the way. I went as a walk in with a few girlfriends after going to the Bathhouse for Birthday mani/pedis and massages. My tech lulled me to sleep and everyone was really sweet and accommodating. The salon is clean and so nice. Love the experience

Well that was a strange and terrible experience. I went in for a gel removal and I was told that the gel on my nails is hard gel and I will be charged $10 more than regular gel removal (which is already $15). I know for a fact that my usual salon uses only soft gel, since they are unable to take off hard gel themselves, and I always go back there for gel removal. The nail tech offered to "try" one nail but I said no since it would now take double the time, and I only had a half hour to spare. She insisted on drilling down the gel on my nail and then insisted that it is hard gel. So now I have one missing nail since she took it off, and the others are still intact. Ridiculous. She also drilled my nail so hard and down so low that it now is throbbing and red. Not sure this could have gone worse.I wasted the only half hour I had today on this mess of an appointment. The nail tech had a nasty attitude with me too, which was the cherry on top.
