My aunt and I were visiting from Bermuda, and decided to come here for a pedicure. They acted like the didn’t want to touch us, which resulted in a job that wasn’t thorough. I could also tell that they were talking about us in their native language. My aunt’s person (believe her name was Erica) was rude and disrespectful...she must not have been happy with the tip that my aunt was giving her and decided to SNATCH the money out of her hand and not even say thank you!!! I bought this up to the receptionist and she seemed apologetic but didn’t have the girl apologize so I doubt she was reprimanded. Will NEVER go back!

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been to 3 locations now and always very happy. I make sure to go here versus other more convenient spots. Everyone who works there is talented & welcoming. I appreciate their attn to detail and care for craft. It’s not the cheapest spot but it’s soooo definitely worth it - they also have a happy hour deal weekdays before 4p. Got my eyebrows done at this location today and very disappointed with the results. I've been going to this location for almost 3 years and the quality of the job today has be questioning if I'll ever return. I asked for a simple eyebrow clean up but ended up with thinner than normal and misshapen eyebrows. Very unfortunate because I use to love this place but at this point I'm nervous to return.
