KL Nail Salon

Been coming here for years because of Carol (the best nail tech ever), but she moved. I made an appointment with another nail tech at 9:30 am and they did not open until 9:40. I was told that I was late and that she wouldn’t have time to finish my feet so I left. I noticed they treat their white customers better than other races so I will take my money elsewhere and FYI their supplies are cheap and they are not good at doing nails!

I had an appointment for pedicure at 1pm that should’ve been lasted up until at least 1.40pm. I arrived at 1.15, apologized for being late and saw a different customer being taken for at least 10 minutes already (I have been doing my nails for almost 30 years and can estimate for how long certain nail job is being done). When I told Sandy (the manicurist) that it is still my appointment time and she still has time to do at least my manicure without polish she said that she will not taking me as she already took someone else. A week before that I patiently waited for Sandy for 45 minutes because she was running late and I did not say a word to her. This is not nice and extremely unprofessional. Ladies, there are plenty of beauty salons with excellent service, decent money and outstanding professionalism - please do not waste your time here. Services: Pedicures, Manicures
