Way too expensive for a very bland pedicure and manicure. The sign outside says no walk-ins, but mostly every customer was a walk-in for services. The business was taken over from previous owners and is run buy a family. They allow a little child to run around while customers are trying to relax with their services and they talk excessively and loudly amongst themselves. Not a calm and welcoming environment. They can stand to improve their customer service skills. Provide a relaxed environment. Keep the loud talking to a minimum and make the customer feel valued for patronizing their business.

The worst service! I went in for a pedicure today and received a shower. When the owner (Nina) tried to cool the hot water, water squirted all over the place. Wetting between my legs and butt, mind you its 30 degrees outside. She offered no solutions and charged me full price. I will not be going back to this place, my 2nd time frequenting and receiving horrible and rushed services.
