Very educated and smart people working there. They know a lot about motorcycles and can make a bike run nicely. I would definitely recommend going here for motorcycle repairs after seeing how much they care about quality.

Sean (the owner) helped me purchase my first bike in NYC. It was a Royal Enfield Stellar Blue Meteor 350. He was absolutely helpful, friendly, and passionate about his job. He was very empathetic which gave my parents peace of mind with his extensive knowledge about the bike and safety precautions. His family has been in the business for over 65 years. The prices were great and he was more than willing to work with us to find the best price. IGNORE all these other negative reviews. This is where you want to come to buy or service your bikes. I look forward to coming back to this store for my 310 mile service! Thank you Sean.

Stay away. I brought my NIU moped in for a repair and was told I wouldnt be given an estimate. This was before the Flagship NIU shop opened up and Brooklyn Mayd was my only option. After talking with the mechanics at the NIU flagship shop - it was clear that Brooklyn Mayd charged me 1.5k more than what is considered standard. If you own a NIU vehicle - dont mess around with these guys. Go to the flagship store and theyll fix you up.
